City’s Mobile Office goes to Gugulethu, Kirstenhof, Grassy Park and Ravensmead

Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will render municipal services to Gugulethu, Kirstenhof, Grassy Park and Ravensmead residents. There will also be an Indigent Drive Roadshow in Gugulethu. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
The details are as follows:
- Tuesday, 26 September 2023, from 10:00 to 15:00 at the Gugulethu Civic Centre, 166 Mkhanyisi Maphuma Street, Gugulethu
- Wednesday, 27 September 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the CHS Lifestyle Centre, Church of Holy Spirit, 38 Raapkraal Road, Kirstenhof
- Thursday, 28 September 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Grassy Park Civic Centre, 80 Victoria Road, Grassy Park
- Friday, 29 September 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Ward Office, 1 Edgar Bullock Street, Ravensmead.
Gugulethu residents will also have the opportunity to learn more about the City's indigent support during the Indigent Drive Roadshow.
The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
'The City's mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents. We are committed to bringing services closer to residents and remind those who wish to make use of the services to bring along their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
